Everyone Starts Somewhere.

Back in college, I started to really shift my choices as a consumer and began leading the life I wanted to live. I didn’t want my life to revolve around booze or buying stuff at the mall that I didn’t need. I wanted it to be more meaningful, and I wanted to feel healthier.
In my undergrad studies, I dove deep into the connection between people and the planet. I became fascinated with our role in environmental sustainability, and how our environment impacts our health. I started making changes and haven’t looked back since.
That’s not to say this has been a linear journey for me, as it usually isn’t for anyone! But I wish I would have had someone to help guide me to make better choices that worked for me. That’s what I’m here for.

Within this pillar, we will focus on personal sustainability that is tailored to your current lifestyle. We will look at everything from your pantry to your closet, and even what you do outside of your home. I’ll help you become a more “conscious consumer”, create REALISTIC eco-friendly habits, and make swaps for items that are better for you and the planet.
