Golden Milk Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger can also use chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey can also use maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom optional, for a deeper warm flavor
  • 1 scoop collagen optional, for added protein

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk in a saucepan until hot.
  • Add in the spices and whisk together until blended. I recommend using a hand frother so that everything is well combined.
  • Remove from the heat and pour into a mug. If you used fresh ginger, strain the mixture first. Mix in the honey and vanilla and enjoy! Feel free to sprinkle extra cinnamon on top.
